The Shift
The Role
Your EdgeOS Operations Manager is a full-time remote operator trained to install and maintain your business operating system. They are not a generic VA and they are not just another admin assistant. Their job is to turn chaos into workflows, playbooks, scorecards, meetings, memos, and accountability.
During the 18-week install, EdgeOS is the priority. Your Ops Manager can also support responsibilities like project coordination, AR follow-up, CRM cleanup, reporting, client updates, vendor follow-up, executive support, or admin work — but those responsibilities should not stop the EdgeOS install from moving forward.
Additional Roles
EdgeOS is the premium operating role. Once the operating system is being installed, many clients add specialized EVAs to take over execution-heavy responsibilities.
These additional hires are matched to the role, tools, communication style, personality fit, and outcomes you need. They do not replace the EdgeOS install; they plug into it.
